Setting Up Simple Redirects

The purpose of setting up a redirect is two fold.

First, it provides you with a nice clean link in place of the long ugly URL that comes out of the affiliate software. 

Second, once you set up the redirect and use it on your websites, if you ever need to come back and change the affiliate URL, you only have to change it on one place.

If you would like your redirect link to look like this: http://www.yourdomain.com/kelly

Go into your hosting file manager and create a new folder named 'mm' in your base hosting folder (usually public_html)

Now create a single blank page in that folder and name it 'index.htm'

Paste the following code into that page: (add your affiliate URL)
